SepticJohn wastewater systems offer a groundbreaking approach to wastewater management. Unlike traditional septic systems that rely on large leach fields, mound systems, or anaerobic treatment, SepticJohn systems process all wastewater into a small amount of sterile ash.

SepticJohn can operate with a standard in-ground single or dual chamber tanks. The incinerator needs to be protected from weather (rain, snow etc.); a standard 8x10ft building or shed is a perfect area to house the unit.

If the soil is bad or if you simply can't install an in-ground tank, an above ground tank is another option. The wastewater gets transferred to the above ground tank by a transfer pump or gravity.

Our customer turned a non-percable lot into a thriving 3-bedroom home—now operating as a successful, high-revenue Airbnb.

A family of four had the perfect lot—but bad soil meant no permits and no path forward.
With Ecojohn and a SepticJohn WC64 system, they turned an unbuildable property into their dream home.

A luxury resort in Fiji needed a better way to handle wastewater—without harming the surrounding environment.
With SepticJohn systems in place, they now process all sewage on-site, eliminating ocean discharge and ensuring a clean, compliant solution.

SepticJohn is a whole-home, non-discharge wastewater treatment system that uses advanced evaporation and incineration technology to process household wastewater. Instead of relying on traditional septic tanks and drain fields, SepticJohn converts wastewater into a small amount of sterile ash, eliminating the need for leach fields or pump-outs. It is designed for properties where conventional septic systems are not feasible, such as small lots, poor soil conditions, or remote locations.
SepticJohn is a compact system designed for flexible installation. In most cases, it only requires a small shed or enclosure to protect the incinerator from the elements. Even the largest model, the WC64, typically fits within a housing of approximately 10 x 8 feet. This minimal footprint makes it ideal for properties with limited space or where traditional septic systems are not feasible.
