SepticJohn

Non-Discharge Septic Alternative Solutions with SepticJohn

SepticJohn wastewater systems offer a groundbreaking approach to wastewater management. Unlike traditional septic systems that rely on large leach fields, mound systems, or anaerobic treatment, SepticJohn systems process all wastewater into a small amount of sterile ash.

    This makes them ideal for:

    • Challenging Installations: Where traditional septic systems fail due to soil conditions (poor percolation) or space limitations.
    • New Developments: Offering a sustainable and efficient solution for both residential and commercial projects.

    Key Benefits:

    • Compact Design: Requires minimal space, making it perfect for small lots or areas with limited land availability.
    • Environmentally Friendly: Eliminates the need for leach fields, preventing groundwater contamination and reducing environmental impact.
    • Efficient Operation: All wastewater is effectively evaporated, and solid waste is completely incinerated into easily disposable ash.
    • Reliable and Durable: Provides a long-lasting and maintenance-free solution for your wastewater needs.

Choose SepticJohn for a clean, efficient, and environmentally responsible way to manage your household wastewater.

    About SepticJohn

    In-ground Septic Tank Installation

SepticJohn can operate with a standard in-ground single or dual chamber tanks. The incinerator needs to be protected from weather (rain, snow etc.); a standard 8x10ft building or shed is a perfect area to house the unit.

    Above ground Septic Tank Installation

If the soil is bad or if you simply can't install an in-ground tank, an above ground tank is another option. The wastewater gets transferred to the above ground tank by a transfer pump or gravity.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

SepticJohn is a whole-home, non-discharge wastewater treatment system that uses advanced evaporation and incineration technology to process household wastewater. Instead of relying on traditional septic tanks and drain fields, SepticJohn converts wastewater into a small amount of sterile ash, eliminating the need for leach fields or pump-outs. It is designed for properties where conventional septic systems are not feasible, such as small lots, poor soil conditions, or remote locations.

    • If you already have a holding tank or septic tank, it can often be repurposed as a holding tank.

    • Wastewater is collected in that tank and then pumped into the SepticJohn unit for incineration.

    • This means you can reuse existing infrastructure, reducing installation costs in many cases.

SepticJohn is a compact system designed for flexible installation. In most cases, it only requires a small shed or enclosure to protect the incinerator from the elements. Even the largest model, the WC64, typically fits within a housing of approximately 10 x 8 feet. This minimal footprint makes it ideal for properties with limited space or where traditional septic systems are not feasible.
